Dear Sir/Madam,
Greetings. I am writing in hopes of being added to your membership roster.
I was able to view your "Innocence Module" and found that it was very well
put together ... that is the type of information that is so desperately needed
in these environments. May I please obtain one of these for myself?

Last Friday, I spent nine (9) hours in the Units Law Library, on "ZOOM", participating in arbritration between the State and myself. I had filed a
42 USC § 1983 Civil Rights suit claiming a 42 USC § 2000cc Religious Land
Use and Institutionalized Persons Act. On Friday, we reached a settlement,
I obtained all that I originally sought, and even though RLUIPA does not allow
for money damages, I did obtain a small money amount as well. This is my second
1983 against the Prison System (in my own name) and have prevailed on both.

I enjoy working within the law and fighting issues in the Court, be it
Civil Rights, Habeas Corpus (State/Federal), Family Law, etc.

Dear J.L.I.
I thank you for inviting me to be a part of
your Initiative and Flashlights.

I am 56 years old with 31 years ( total) behind
this wire. I have been doing legal work for the
last 27 years here in the Texas Prison system.
The last Civil Rights (1983) was to obtain
Kosher Food of all times and places within the
Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCS).

I am currently working on anothers State
Habeas Corpus (11.07), for Defective charging
instrument, Ineffective assistance of Counsel,
Defective jury charge, and possible Conflicted interest
(still researching this one ). Then have laid out the
Complaint and Memorandum for a 1983 for
violations of R.L.U.I.P.A. and the Establishment Clause
for another guy. It helps them and it helps to
Keep my mind sharp and to use my time productivy.
