and more humane treatment when put in segregation.

Another question you ask is about ethics of Jailhouse
lawyers. I Firmly believe that good jailhouse lawyers
Can actually relieve the stress of many inmates by
answering their questions there by relieving the Stresses of the
Unknown and uncertainty. Helping educate inmates can only
Strengthen the Judiciary by helping to ensure all have
received Due process. when People don't know what's going on,
they don't even know how badly they were violated.
I also believe that the entire Judiciary needs to
end using Jailhouse informants. They are a Cancer
to the truth seeking process and not only help
Convict the wrong Person, they also revictimize the
People already suffering, by aiding in wrongful convictions.

A brief bio:
I am a native New Yorker,
born in Harlem, raised in the Bronx and Yonkers. My Parents
came to this Country From Montenegro. I opened a restaurant in Connecticut
When I was 26 years old. (I grew up working
in restaurants and opened my first one when
I was only 20 years old). My uncle was
Murdered and the keystone COPS of Connecticut
took 4 years to build a case against me because I
was the last known person to See Him alive. His
body was found in New York over 2 weeks after
I last had seen him. I don't know how
Connecticut Can claim Jurisdiction over this case
or me because they did every test and study and
hired Many experts and no one knows where or
When he was murdered. The lead detective OF the
Danbury, CT. Police dept. When asked why he
arrested me said "we looked everywhere else it's
got to be him." This is rediculous.
