This letter is to inquire whether you're interested in learning about my current, dis-
criminatory, and unjust case in reference to delayed housing due to [Redacted]-compliant re-
strictions. Here's the facts about my case that Im hoping you take interest in supporting
me ...

Fact About The Case [Bold and underlined]

* I was granted parole (2016);
* Found approved housing but denied/rejected by my PO unjustly [Redacted]
intimidated the landlord by threatening them with exposure to the news media if
they rented to sex offenders... (2016);
* The Sheriff's dept in [Redacted] County [Redacted] has been known to commit the same crime
by threatening the motels/hotels in [Redacted] with news media coverage if they rent to
anyone with a s.o (my attorney from the legal aid society has a confidential
spource who revealed this info to him ... ); and
* Recently, my PO has blocked me from being released to an apt in [Redacted] by discouraging
the landlord by telling him bad things about my case) ... etc.

I have been satisfied with all my therapeutic programming, finished my minimum time,
garnished ample support from legislatures, celebrities, and lawyers, but still my PO
has made efforts to keep me locked up; along with the judge in [Redacted] Court [Redacted],
who vowed to block any efforts I make to get released.

Closing, is there anything you can do to assist me with this matter? It is appreciated.

Re: Housing

Dear Ms. Dhital:

First, I thank you for replying back to my letter of
concern regarding the failure of the field parole division
to find me compliant housing after a 7-year period [" 7-year
period" is in Bold and underlined], I want to also inform you
that I have been skipped over on the list of being released
to a shelter/room by the field office in [Redacted] Office of
parole since I was granted parole in 2016.

I was abused by my cousin from age 9-13 and when I
became an adult, I was programmed to physically and
sexually abuse people. Scientific studies have proven that
the abused may potentially develop into an abuser due to
the trauma and lack of therapy. Horrific but true!

Unfortunately, my case involves a home invasion. I
was charged with crimes of abusing a 32-year old woman,
who I regrettably changed her entire life by my senseless

actions. All throughout my 30-years of imprisonment, I
have diligently attempted to get psychotherapy to address
my behavior, and change my cognitive distortions, which
I want to believe I have been successful in achieving my
goals.

This brings me to why I am contacting you for
assistance. Previously, I stated that I have been waiting
for compliant housing for 7-years, right. Well, I was
unjustly designated by a judge to be a level 3 risk offender,
which I inherited the stipulations of not being able to
reside near schools or parks due to my level 3 status,
although I DO NOT have a case that involves children.

My parole officer (PO) has been refusing for the pass 7-
years to find me compliant housing in my county
[Redacted] or a neighboring county. My family and I
have recently filed a complaint with [Redacted] against my
PO and the field office for negligence in carrying out their
duties they have been sworn to perform.

Every compliant address my family and me find it
mysteriously turns out to be rejected; however, someone else
with a sex crime ends up with the place ... ? The last two
addresses I have submitted; one was allegedly short of
meeting the criteria and the other was allegedly shy of
meeting my parole stipulations, ironically!

My beloved mother is NOT doing well, she has been in
and out of the hospital after suffering stroke-after-stroke. I
would love to make it home before my mother dies.

Of no fault of my own did I become an abuser, Dhital,
I NEVER asked to be sexually abused by a relative, nor did
I ask to be forced to abuse illegal drugs which my cousin

literally made me use cocaine so he could abuse me. Where
is my justice? I asked the courts ... I filed a complaint
under the 'Child Victim Act,' which was ignored by the
County Supreme Court in [Redacted] (2018). I was further
traumatized by the lack of response by the county court.

On closing, is there anything you can do to assist my
family and me? I have successfully completed ALL of my
mandated programming to address my offenses, garnered
ample support from family, Legislatures and trusted
friends, Actors/Actresses, and radio hosty, etc. The
hindrances are solely due to my PO not playing by the
rules at my family, taxpayers and my expense. It's costing
millions for DOCCS to keep me in prison; although I have
been granted parole 7 -years ago!

My sibling, [Redacted] (RN), actually met Dr. Ms. Davis (Davis) a few months ago at NY
University and they took pictures together. My sibling sent me a 30-seconds videogram of her
and Dr. Davis who is on my tablet via videogram. One of my fondest memories of Dr. Davis' is
when she exposed Michael Jordan [ 'Michael Jordan" is in italic] (former NBA player) and Kathy Lee Gifford ["Kathy Lee Gifford" is in italic] for owning

My narrative is SAD! I hope to reveal my journey to the JLI-Flashlights team in order to get
some freedom support. Here's a synopsis of my story:

The Making of a Criminal [Underlined and bold]

Have you ever been curious about what it takes for a person to make someone a criminal? Here's
the blueprint and recipe: Caution, reenactment of this recipe will cost you 30-years or more in
a New York State Penitentiary:

Recipe & Ingredients (Blueprint) [Bold and Italic]

1. Snatch me up at age 9-13 from being a basketball, wrestler, and track & field
2. Coerce me into drinking hard liquor, force me to use cocaine to keep me high so he could
... abuse me
3. Teach me how to shoplift so he could buy more illegal drugs
4. Trained me how to lie so that when I'm questioned by my parents about my expensive
gifts my abuser gave me, so I won't expose his criminal behavior
5. Threaten to physical hurt me so I won't tell anyone that he was ... abusing me; and

criminal secrets.

The results would be a dish of a high school dropout, psychologically broken child, substance

By the time I was 15, I became heavily addicted to freebase-cocaine ... and loss all control of me.
My relative taught me how to manipulate and abuse women; he taught me how to shoplift; he
taught me how to purchase and sell illegal drugs; he taught me how to be a criminal, which I
knew nothing about being a criminal at such a young age. I practiced what my relative taught
me ...

Since I have received psychotherapy in prison it helped me value myself, women and people in
general. I had NO purpose in life prior to my relative making me into a criminal; however, I
believe my purpose is to worship the One that created me and to respect other people's
boundaries. I got it!

During my 30-years, I discovered how to read, understand, and practice our Criminal Procedure
Law (CPL). I try writing writs, legal motions, and Article 78s for myself and others. I'm
interested in learning how to approach the legal matters professionally though; because right
now, I'm being railroaded by the parole office in [Redacted]. Why? Partly, because of my PO who
is discouraging the landlords in my County from renting to me due to my background case.

Am I A Bitch?

Preface

Today, African Americans ("AA") have a different battle in regards
to people disrespecting our AA women by referring to them as an
animal aka bitch ("b-word"). Thirty or forty years prior we did not
experience this cultural desecration of our women's honor. Nor did
we see, or hear the derogatory term (b-word) advertised on the
Broadcast Communication Networks as if to glorify the dishonor or
humiliate women in general. Why such as three sixty?

Our AA women were, however, abused behind the scenes in
the 1940s, 50s and 60s era. AA women were fair game for the average
white man's sexual desires where they unwillingly forfeited their
rights to make decisions about their own bodies, especially their
reproductive rights [See Johnetta Betsch Cole & Beverly Guy Sheftall,
"Gender Talk: The Struggle for Women's Equality in African
American Communities].

Personally, I am humbly curious as to how AA women could refer to
themselves as an animal aka b-word aka female dog, especially
when our female ancestors were NOT permitted, after birth, to call
their children their own? The AA women were regulated by law to be
viewed as a "whore," oversexed, strong beasts of burden, lascivious
(tending to arouse sexual desires, inordinate sexual activity or
orgies, etc.), libinous (struggles against temptation), and oversexed
sirens, who held the power of coercion?

Introduction

The purpose of this novel is to restore and repair the honor and
respect for our women, who are the keys to our past, present and
future. I hope to that my efforts and research will earn me a place of
4giveness in their heart and soul for my disrespect and disregard of
their existence. I get it now! ["I get it now!" is underlined]

AA women, during the slave trade, were portrayed as
aggressive and promiscuous, and white women as sexually pure and
lady-like A women were not allowed to be a vessel for positive
rights, social status or inheritance, according to the legal and
social laws of the slaver era. AA women were psychologically treated
w social custom, stock or breeders who were ordered by their
enslavers not to consummate with another AA slave man, and not to
marry a "free AA man"

The AA women were denied the right to parent, and their
children were often sold, according to Charles Johnson and Patricia
Smith, which was plantation labor [See Negro Women's Children
Act:'(legislating that any slave status inherited through the
mother)].

The purpose of this essay is to remind myself and others how
important it is to respect ALL women; to be extremely mindful of the
consequences of treated women as unimportant; to bring attention
to the intentions of certain networks (i.e. VHI, FOX and BRAVO, etc.)
and companies regarding the exploitation of women; and to honor
our women whom I foolishly violated without caring about the dire

(VH1 - Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, Hollywood & NY)

Historically, the derogatory phrase "bitch" has been utilized to label
women as less than a human, for example, a female dog. This way
the people, especially men, would be justified as treating women like
animals or a "whore" (i.e. "ho"). The neighboring expression which
followed the b-word is none other than the word all ethnic groups
enjoy using the n-word without consequences.

This essay was written to heighten our awareness, change our
behavior and to inspire others to follow suit.

What were the networks reasons for introducing the Reality
Television Shows such as Love & Hip Hop (HH) Atlanta (ATL),
Hollywood (HLW) and New York (NY)? Do you believe VH1 has a
hidden agenda to give AA and Latina women a stage to disrespect,
degrade, and befoul (demoralize) one another so people in
the world won't take us seriously? How much money are the AA and
Latina women receiving for the trading of their soul? Why would

our AA and Latina women invest the long-term embarrassment,
immoral legacy, and a profile of boofenary?

Do you believe that the usage of this phrase effects all women
long term? If so, then how?

Could it be that the sponsors of VH1 provided the free liquor
and VH1 created the atmosphere so that the women could act out
their ill behavior?

When the women confront one another about trivial
differences the results are usually followed by them slapping;
punching, and throwing liquor in one another's face followed by the
offensive expression b-word aka female dog aka animal. They no
longer see each other as human.

The rapper, Too Short (actor, producer), who was once a guest
on Love & Hip Hop (LHH), uses the b-word on his Greatest Hits, In a
Minute Records-Volume 1: 'The Player Year (1993), he gloats the

Too Short unapologetically blurts out the term referring to all
women as a b-word, animal; along with the n-word to describe the
AA men as a person of no value. He sat with Ms. Cole drinking liquor
and defaming the most important species on the planet earth,
women while Ms. Cole sat laughing as though Short wasn't also
disrespecting her too. How Short-lived were their views of valuing
AAs heritage?

Why do we (AAs, etc) engage in the detriment of our culture in
reference to utilizing the b-word towards our AA women, which
dehumanizes them? Do you think our young women are directly
impacted by being referred to as a b-word, which is used worldwide?
Could it also be harmful to women when we refer to them as
animals, objects, and machines? When we reflect on the
psychological trauma the b-word hay on our women we find them
indulging in promiscuous behavior, and lose all sense of respect and
self-worth for themselves.

F) Global trauma would be borne by Apple producing such
negative, racist energy into the universe.

Did the late John Lennon (Lennon) of the Beatles and Apple
Corporation realize the long-term cultural and psychological
trauma they would cause by producing such a racist, offensive song
'Woman is the nigger of the world' In the 70s titled?(Apple 1972).
Were Apple and Lennon aware that they promoted violent, racial
assaults against AA women?

William Lynch's viewed AAs ay worthless people; so they must we
evaluate the damage of the usage of these terms or continue using
them to further our cultural funeral?

Why did Vill create an environment for the AA and Latina
women to behave in such a dehumanizing manner? Could this be a
case of racial genocide or domestic terrorism? At what cost hay LHH
created a platform of an incredible amount of hatred, ethnic
cleansing and controversy between AA women? Some of the beefs
may NEVER be repaired that the AA women encountered due to the
internal hatred we (AA) carry within ourselves

Who really benefits from the usage of referring to our women as
A bitches (n)," or women calling themselves as a "bitch (n)"? What
is the proper definition of the term "bitch?" According to Encarta
Dictionary it means: Female animals, bitch, cow, dam, doe, ewe,
filly, heifer, hind, jenny, lioness, mare, nanny goat, sow, tigress,
canine, pooch, mutt, hound, pup, and puppy, and vixen. Nowhere

does it refer to AA women or women in general So why do we call
our women by animalistic language, and derogatory phrases?
Who are the culprits generating tons of money in exchange of
our women being culturally and verbally lynched? The award goes
to: Atlanta Records, La & Baby Face Records, Tim Cook (Apple),
Universal Records, MGM Records, Too Short, Ice-T, Ice Cube, Slick
Rick, Dr. Dre; Snoop Dogg, N.W.A., Jason Lewis, UKG, Eminem, and
Future. They have the biggest influence over AA groups, and benefit
the most from us disrespecting ourselves and acting a fool on TV.
All of the above companies make it a priority to contribute
producing vulgar music that denigrates AA women (e.g. women in
general) and promote violent imageries represented in the videos
that project AA women as sluts lacking moral values.
Dr. Professor Manning Marable (RIP), who formerly taught
Political Science at Columbia University (NY), assisted me with the
research for my first book: 'Am I A Nigga?" Stated that the n-word
was a corruption of the term 'necro' a Greek expression meaning
dead or useless), and the term 'nigger' is a perversion of the term

Herson aka Cookie Lion, Terrance Howard aka Lucius Lion, and
Phalicia Rashad aka Mr. Dubois how Phalicia Rashad (Rashad)
allowed Cookie Lion to call her a bitch? She went from Claire
Hukstable-to-Dubois-to-being called a bitch on national TV? Why
would Rashad accept a role and script that contradicted Rashad's
former role as Claire Hukstable?

invokes upsetting images of AAy who are depicted as gorillas, lazy,

How can AAs struggle to gain the respect from other ethnic
groups if we [AA] are continually utilizing the b-word ourselves,
and AA women allowing people to call her a b-word? Why do we not
express our disapproval of such behavioral degradation?

In 2023, are we (AA) comfortable or satisfied with watching
and witnessing other ethnic groups excel past us? Are we too
cowardly to refrain from referring to ourselves in a humiliating
manner by calling oneself and other AA a b-word? Do we
understand the worldwide plan for other ethnic groups to
aggressively defame, disrespect, and dishonor our beautiful women?

Do we find these websites and "joke" acceptable or funny? If
our reply is emphatically not, then why do we use the phrase as if it

Right now we are losing our self dignity by slacking on
eradicating the derogatory phrase from our speech, and not being
proactive in speaking up when our clow associates, family or friends

Why are we accepting alcohol from the devil (Bravo) in

compass, our dignity; our queen status, our king characteristics,

Globally, generally speaking, you will not find other ethnic
backgrounds disrespecting one another as AAs do, why is this?
Asians, Caucasians, Haitians, and Hispanics have enough respect
for themselves to NOT allow anyone to refer to them by the racial
Slurs or any derogatory terms ascribed to them without checking
you. If you doubt it then try calling a Puerto Rican a spic, a Chinese
chink, a Caucasian a cracker; and a Jew a kike. Michael Jackson is
an example of this statement when he recited "kike"in his lyrics. The
Jews legally forced him to remove it from the song because they all
have love for their culture, and understand the ramifications of co-
signing other ethnic groups to refer to them other than what they
refer to themselves. This is called, self-respect, and self-worth.

In 2016, I was granted parole; however, due to my case of sexual assault, I am subjected to
housing restrictions. My family and I have submitted compliant addresses for housing, and
[Redacted], my assigned parole officer [Redacted], has been discouraging
every; landlord from renting to my family and me. My sibling, [Redacted],' has a recording of a conversation of my parole officer making disparaging remarks ...

What I am asking from you is to investigate the issue by contacting my sibling, who is my
witness that [Redacted] (PO) is conducting himself in an unethical, and unprofessional
manner by discouraging every landlord from renting to my family and I telling them that I'm a
criminal, and he/she shouldn't rent to us. Please help me investigate this parole office because
their hindering my release. RAPP organization is also willing to help me with housing but my
parole officer will NOT cooperate with any potential landlord. I need an investigation done to
catch the PO from malfeasance.

of my pain, torture, and
being sexual abused by

My abuser ruined my life
when he decided to sex-
ually abuse me from age
9 to 13. I was a child,
who never had chance to
be a normal kid like my
peers because I was too
busy fighting off my
abuser, which resulted in

my experiencing deep
psychological trauma
later during my teen and
adult years.

The first person I re-
vealed my being sexually
abused was my mother,
who was in disbelief
about the level of mis-
trust and betrayal my
abuser secretly carried
out behind closed doors.

In my adult years, I prac-
ticed what my abuser
taught me, and I was con-
victed for abusing anoth-
er human being and sen-
tenced to 20 years. I am
remorseful, and preparing
to right my wrongs from
the past. I created
FAACTS & MAACTS
for my 4 sons; in hopes
of protecting children,
who are abused by sick
individuals like

When I was sentenced
the judge never stated
that, I'd be further pun-

Since my inception to DOCCS;
there was not as much violence
in prison; however, fast fore-
word years later, and K-2
(synthetic marijuana) is born.

Prior to K-2 there was regular
weed being smuggled into the
prison by way of Incarcerated
Individuals (1/Is) bringing it
through regular, which is sup-
plied by visitors, trailers (i.e.
FRP), and staff. Yeah, staff are
the least to be suspected, right;
WRONG! Most cases of narcot-
ics found in the I/Is possession

are traced back to staff believe it
or not.

At any given moment you will
find an I/I going into convul-
sions due to an overdose on K-2
while staff is either sleeping or
laid back kicking with their fel-
low staff members.

Prisoners, who care enough, are
the one's that assist drug addicts,
who are having an overdose-
making sure they don't harm
themselves or others.

An Incarcerated Individual (I/I)
was experiencing an overdose
and a female staff member
boldly told the I/Is "Let his ass
die ... He shouldn't be smoking
that shit [K-2] anyway!"

Death may visit soon from
someone having an overdose.
Maybe then someone will listen!


Abuser's Rage-Why Me?

I always had questions for my
abuser, for example, I wondered
why he saw fit to disregard my
humanity. Why me? Why would
you violate me in such a terrible,
animalistic man-
ner? Why would
you encroach upon my person-
knowing that
you'd destroy my psyche and
my childhood forever?

Why would you defile your own
family, who raised you, fed, and
clothed you? Why did you not
step up
and turn
yourself
in when
you knew
you were the cause of my arrest?
Why did you refuse to accept
my prepaid calls when I reached
out to get answers as to why
you abused me?

Why is it easy for you to sleep at
night knowing that you're the
root cause of my approaching 31
years of imprisonment?

Prison Violence

I am quite sure you have heard
about all of the prison violence
in NYS prison system by now;
and if you have not then wel-
come to the truth of drama be-
hind the wall/fence.

First, let me inform you that it's
not only the I/Is, who
are committing vio-
lence against one an-
other, it's the staff as
well, who are affiliat-
ed with gangs (i.e.
Bloods & crips) that
perpetuate the ongoing
violence from within
the prison system. Per-
sonally, I see staff as-
saulting other I/Is
alongside other I/Is ...

Do we live in an especially vio-
lent time? It seems easy to arrive
at a positive answer to this ques-
tion. To be convinced that we
live in an especially violent time
we have only to think of the as-
sassinations of President John F.
Kennedy, Martin Luther King,
Jr., and Senator Robert F. Ken-
nedy, the riots in Watts, Detroit,
and other urban areas; police
violence; the war in Vietnam;
and the rising crime rate. But the
answer is not quite as simple as
many people think it is. In the
first place, we have to distin-
guish between violence against
people and vio-
lence against
things. There is a
world of difference
between beating up
or killing another
person and stealing
or destroying things.

Have we created in
the United States a social and
cultural climate that breeds vio-
lence? What can we do to con-
trol destructiveness? The United
States today has a climate that
breeds violence.

Americans live under
conditions of ex-
treme poverty within
a culture in which
increasing consump-
tion is praised, im-
plicitly or explicitly,
as an aim of life. in the long run,
fear, uncertainty, and boredom
will tend to increase violence in

Child Abuse-Cruelty to Children [Underlined]

Child abuse is defines as: the will-
ful infliction of pain and suffering
on children through physical, sexu-
al, or emotional mistreatment.
Prior to the 1970s the term child abuse
normally referred to only physical
mistreatment, but since then its ap-
plication has expanded to include,
in addition to inordinate physical
violence, unjustifiable verbal abuse;
the failure to furnish proper shelter.

that ask adult subjects to recall child-
