Dear JLI, Hope this letter Finds you well.
To update JLI on the Field of operations with regard to my jailhouse litigating
Controversies.
First, I just received breathtaking
news. I WON my probe Successive Petition For Post-Conviction Relief. See Court of Appeals Cause No. 23A-SP-2253; Also See Lower Court Cause No. 45601071 OMRIO. As a direct result, I will be able to argue for a new sentence. ( I've been
incarcerated Since 16 years old; & argued a Substantial change in law since my 2001 conviction,
Sentencing and so Forth).
Next, on March 3, 2023, the U.S. District Court For the Southern District of Indiana only partly granted a motion for
Summary judgment Filed by prison medical
Profiteer Wexford Health Sources, Inc. and it's employees in key state prisoner's
Civil rights action over a nearly
three-year delay in providing specialty
Case For my painful rare skin disorder. My case is set For trial in January
2024, I will update developments in my case. See Zamarron v. Wexford Heath Sources,
Inc., USDC (S.D. Ind.), Case No. 2:21-cv-00098.

Moreover, I recently Filed another Federal civil rights action (1983) against the IDOC's current Medical profiteer provider Centurion Health of Indiana, due to delayed
Care-medicine For my rare epidermis disorder. bee Famarron V. Conturion, LLC, USDC
(S.D. Ind.) Case No. 2:23-Cv-00035- MPB-MJD.
Also assisting several men here with the Filing of writs, grievances, and writing
health care request Forms. I assisted one man, that was delayed needed care for well
over six years, obtain a consultation with
a dermatologist; he had cancer the whole time. I'm currently writing an article for JLI
with regard to the above noted.

With regard to a Framework of Ethics
of care in jailhouse lawyering, herein below are some ideas:
1. Disseminate Knowledge and never hoard Knowledge
2. Be empathetic, respectable, Fair, and approachable
3. Again, be Kind
4. Never Charge Fees
5. Assist people altruistically
