Dear Tyler Walton:
I am a NLG Jailhouse lawyer member in Texas. I am
currently serving a wrongful conviction currently circulating
through the Court of Criminal Appeals and [Redacted] Judicial
System. After tiredly searching the legal literature in the
law library and vigorously discovering evidence to support my
claims of Junk Science and False testimony relied on by the state
to obtain a wrongful conviction, there may well be an overturning
of my 2001 sexual assault convictions.
But, in the meantime, I am on the battlefield of Inmate
and Father Advocacy during my current incarceration. I am totally
interested in receiving detailed legal education and empowerment
curriculum , As well as, be placed on or added to the JLI
network and receive modules and newsletters on a regular basis
