Greetings from (Redacted) Arizona. I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing as a active Jail House Lawyer, here in (Redacted). I am interested in your program, and how it will help fellow JHL, like myself.
I see the issues in a few fronts here at [Redacted], which
is a Federal Special Needs Yard for Sex Offenders. (1) The BOP does not like nor condone any Legal Training. There have been attempts in the past that has caused those who assist to be transferred. And for those who are transferred to another yard.
It will be a death sentence. (2) There are other inmates here that prey on other inmates as far as Legal Work. Some charge as high as thousands. and know absolutely nothing selling the individual a pipe dream. Leaving the rest of us long hours to salvage what was destroyed, in chances, with little or no hope.
However there is nothing we can do about the latter, but how can I help in training, where it will not effect staff, and protect our rights? Please send me any information. Currently the staff and the inmates have a understanding, we do not file administrative remedies on officers, or Law Suits, then there is not a issue with helping each other. Cross that line then what I said before becomes reality.
Please send any information that you may have, I have e mail access but it costs me alot I try and save for $5.00 per month, which is my limit. But any emergency letters it helps with. Again please send me information, I and the other JHI are interested in this attempt.


I have been involved in the Legal Issues, for some time, type in my name in all the circuits, including the DC, and the Federal Claims circuit, and you will find my work. I also was also accepted by the Supreme Court of the United States, -see- (redacted) ("note in the Editorial Information, (Redacted) , ("Note Rehearing denied, after the cite you will find (redacted) and Cert granted. When this was discovered, they transferred me to another prison, where I all my legal work was taken and I was attacked by Officers") . ; - see also- (redacted) this was a (Redacted) reversal, by the Tenth Circuit. Just some of my 18 years of experience.

Greetings From Arizona. I am writing from the SHU, after 5 years (of a 18 year Sentence) of Clear Conduct and Graduate of the Challenge Programs, I was attacked twice in 45 days for being Muslim.


Anyway my question is this. At the beginning of the year here at [Redacted], we were told the "Post Office", raised postal rates to 55 cents, and started copying our Legal mail, and other mail and giving us photocopies of the envelope with no stamp. Well I got two through and my attorney says it's only 45 cents. So if the Feds can't tax us what is the 10 cents per stamp for?
Please don't ask me to file a grievance since May I have been returned then. Could you E. mail the US Postal inspector for me and ask why prisoners are being taxed 10cents per envelope for Stamps?


I tried to write, but…
Sender, like they refuse. Please ask the US. Postal Office to Call [Redacted], and ask why the "illegal" tax and ask him to send -me- a Federal Tort Claim, So I can grieve properly.
Any Assistance Would be Great.

USP. And "I am not going in a camp for the past 18 years, I have been housed in USP's (united States Penitentary - Federal Level.)
This letter is in response, to your letter dated
"July 17, 2019"

"Boy a lot of things have happened Since I write, and all bad." I'm just informing you.

First, To set a mental picture, I'm 49, and a White male. I also am a practicing "Muslim" (Sunni ). So in March 2019, following
being released from a "Challenge Program". So Congress paid program). A 1 year program. I was put in a Unit where I was sole white and See Muslim in Unit. I was attacked Want to SHU (the hole) this was on the day News reported the Iceland Muslim attack. I went SHU, he was transferred.
When I was released, I went to another Unit. A CO. found my Tort Claims I wrote, and I was told to return to the Unit, where the gangs were. The Officers said "Ask your Attorney why". The only Attorney I messed with was from West Virginia , a "(redacted)", from Wheeling, W.Va. He is defending a Mexican , who the
Fed CO'S put two rival gang members in a Rec cage and this prison issued knives, or Shanks , they actually gave them!" Well some one died. I seen it, his client was charged with Capital Murder,

I am helping the attorney save the guy from what he was forced to do (Fight or be killed ) the attorney is putting BOP on trial. I'm sorry someone died but two should not die for what BOP set up, that is not Justice.!

Back to my story, so I went to move, the gangs
Said "Since there quy got out in SHU, I can't come back to unit or I will get attacked again", Long story short I was put in SHU. They tried to "write me up" to get me Disciplinary transferred. So I went to the yard, they put me in B-1, next door to B.2. 2 weeks into the Muslim Ramadan, I was seriously attacked. Now they are transferring me. - But it gets worse.
I was attacked 3 days after the W. Va attorney showed up!

I went to SHU, they seized my legal property
weeks, my son Called the Constitutional Center for Muslim, and the US Congress women are Muslim are now involved. Short Story.

Why didn't I file? I did they took it out of the
mail so, the (Redacted) US Dist. Court would not get it! I could not get copies.

But when I get to the New Prison I will be glad to show you. I get work easy, I show what Can work, and Im cheap, and Muslin, But I get results, doing it for years.

But I will share your survey when I get to the next spot. I have we can set up and get training. But BOP will fight you.

One idea, my first thought, We need a attorney so The mail, can be "Special Legal Mail", and know that the E- mail is always being read, So casual Conversations is of but Sensitive Communications must be by mail. Put Special Mail on all mail. 28 CFR 541.

My Second idea, is membership, made Start by a "Self Study Course" first make showing" remedies, and Tort Claims"

Membership, could be a proper card or Certificate, and to help communicate, maybe newsletter? Telling who won mabe Ask (Redaced), Collect Small Stories of what worked, and what did not. And why.

Mabe ask Blackstone, to do a "Jail House" or Certificate
program. Maybe break the program down into parts?

As far as postage. I see you ask, How can I Support with postage , I get 25 stamps per mo. Plus our currency is stamps here,
but Sending - metered - Self Addressed is allowed
especially if your an attorney, (or non profit postage)

Yes Email Costs 5 cent per min., using there clock
a quick need is ok , but confident is better by mail. Now like (Redacted), they use an Attorney "(redacted)", if you find a attorney to help. Just ask to use his name, And "Special Legal Mail" Open Only In Presence of Inmate" as long as he has " Attorney At Law", they let it in. "See How I wrote yours!"


Now about Blackstone, I was told the Federal
Gov. now allows Student Loans for schools? Maybe check
on that issue. Maybe ask Bernstein if there is a Tax Credit
for inmates? ("I wonder how the Judges would react if
pleadings got better?, and what if the school did a pre-
test, Just to see how smart we really are ?")

Why things will work or not. Some of my big

In your Circuit (11th), in New Appeals Find [Redacted], he had a Sex Trafficking , he is a man from Afghanistan , but looks white his after attorney tried to "Anders Brief His Case", I
got his Attorney put on Notice and a Reversed
My point is, any help with school needs payback say you need a army, you have 50 states plus Puerto Rico, Guam, and Mariana Islands. So Some One asks for help in Say Kansas, So you send E- mails to all for help, and since ask How to do this case of
" what we know for issue" we send our opinions to you.
you send ideas to one needing help.
One Example, I win Administrative Remedies all the time. Back in 2001 in leaven worth they use to teach Low they thought me Administrative Remedies (BP &, 9, 10, 11). They Showed me use "Issues, Grounds, and Relief" Issues- "What's the problem", Grounds- Why you have that Coming ( Laws, Rules, Policies, Const. Laws ); Relief- what you want.
Have you ever see the NLG, recent Jail House Lawyers Manual" I helped a Intern write, the Tort Claims Section .!
Point is we could consult you from prison, and
donate our time, repay, or make pay forward, after all most of us have the time. Send in my opinion, maybe help someone who is about to plea, or appeal, we could show them the revolving door! Make attorneys actually do their work, or stop chasing ambulances.

I'm personally waiting on a 28 USC 2241 Federal Habeas Corpus, the 4th Cir made Sentencing Issues Retroactive for Some of us I got life but should have had 10 years. (punishment for repressing self) an US v. Wheeler 886. 538 415 (4th 2018), I've been fighting this Issue since 2004! When they do come around they will
owe me for 9 years to much at last and pay of 75,000
per year, But I want more!. But well see what happens.
When I do get out I want to get a pickup and
a trailer (part office) and travel around Country
as a Paralegal -Super Paralegal for inmates! Both in
Prison and Jails !!

Imagine what a world would be like, if the show's of the "Walking Dead" were true. Now imagine, if you woke up one morning, and your memory of why and how, you got to Prison was gone. You were awaking and you not only found yourself in a Federal Penitentiary, but you found yourself in the Penitentiary, who housed the 'Death Row'. A Place where they make other Inmates, who are also there, but are said to be 'Down Syndrome', and others who walk, around who also cannot speak, drool . from there mouth because they are lost in thought, hopelessness despair. Would be a wild movie huh? But what if you found out that it is true? That there are Men, in a Prison who, because of Dementia, as well as Alzheimer's, have succumb to the illnesses and now are ... well Brain Dead. Don't Remember who they are, where's Lunch, what day it is, what there name is and more .. And they are in the "most secure prison in the United States, why? Why don't someone help them?
This is where I join this true story. What a true story?, Yes I am a proud Jail House Lawyer, I have been in the Federal system nearly (Redacted) years. During this time, I have been involved in Legal Assistance, but this is not about me. This is about those who are mentally ill.
On June 20, 2023. E-2 Unit was placed on a Lockdown, following a fight in the Unit. Which appears to involved a stabbing. All parties were placed in Special Housing. The majority of Prisoners were on the Rec Yards enjoying rec. The following day, enter on June 20 Several Officers, they on this date have chosen to 'reduce' the amount of property, joking that "Commissary is not making money and they have parties coming up."
On this date my cell is 7th from the start, when they get to the cell, they make us put all property in trash bags, and carry it to awaiting staff. Mine was the Officers. Well call MT. and JT. I carry the 9 bags of property, 2 with personal ( clothes and Property ), the rest of the bags contain, Legal Property, Papers, Law Books, ,and Files from other cases, as well as mine from 22 years of travel, and suits.
The Lieutenant Orders Me to 'agree' to throw my property away, I refuse, I am met with threats to go to the SHU, and yelling, name calling I feel memories of boot camp, but it is Anxiety because of the abuse these officers cause to so many prisoners.

The Officers discover that I have other names on paperwork, they accused me of a Disciplinary Act, ( the documents they have are for a prisoner who has dementia, doctor verified, who has been in the system over 30 years, who has memory problems where he is and has forgotten his own family's name. . And where he lived, and who his brother name is, and more. I was asked by prisoners to assist, in the Federal Compassionate Release 18 U.S.C. 3586 ( The New First Step Act. ). I gladly agreed to assist.
When I tried to explain he was one of two, and I was covered by policy I was taken to the Lieutenants Office, where the stories of abuse and assaults occur, ( due to no cammera's. I was forced to strip search, I also have several medical devices, such as hearing aids, and more, they forced me to take all of my medical issues off. I also use Medical Arch Supports, Medical Socks, Knee Braces, and more. Of Course I was forced to take all of these things off, Iwas made fun of on parts of my body that was scarred, and others I was born with, Then enters the Captain.
Who threatens me to go to the SHU, I am now tired and very angry my anxiety is through the roof, I was ordered to dress, and take a cert an bring all property back to the Captain. Who had me put it in his Office, where it remains. Remedies filed accuse me of Donation of Legal Work that I was not allowed to have to someone else, but there is no document with a signature. My remedies, my legal cases, my criminal cases, and more are gone. Electronic Cop Outs requests to the Warden, confirm that the Warden because I was assisting inmates free of charge, for there legal work Now 'all' Legal Property are stolen and taken, , along with family photo's Religious Materials ( I am A MUSLIM ) , and my mail is now not being delivered.
Those Inmates I can help. And the policy that permits helping them are being ignored. Think a dog in a cage, no way of getting help poked and hit, and threatened, and neglected .. Yeah some of us need to be here, but this was not part of the sentence. And it was not part of the sentence of those who have passed, and mentally, are gone, but walking "How do prisoners recieve help on legal work, when were punished"? Why is helping others a crime where viclence and threats must be used, against those who cannot fight back. ?
Where can we find help, or assistance in getting help, when we are punished, and violently attacked, for trying to help, and then you wonder why there so violent when released. Ever see how a dog who is caged, poked and neglected acts, when released? Your going to when they release them who have been abused all these years. One Kansas Prison Guard said in 1990 that "Its better to pass a former Tomate who has been treated humaine, and shown the way than, the one you poked and punched, and then the walking dead, when there mind goes, is the sentence over?
